Sales value of Wholesale & Retail Trade recorded RM111.7 billion in January 2021, registering -2.7 per cent contraction year-on-year. The contraction was due to Motor Vehicles which slipped -13.8 per cent. Similarly, Retail Trade and Wholesale Trade also dropped -2.5 per cent and -0.4 per cent respectively.
