Another successful Mystery Shopper Programme 2019
This is the second year since we rebranded the ‘Retail Service & Courtesy Standards of Excellence Accreditation Programme’ to MRA ‘Race To The Top’ Awards.
In order to qualify for the awards, the participating outlets must achieve at least 75% or 3.75 points.
As can be seen from the results of our Mystery Shopper Programme 2019, the quality of our judging standards remains high for MRA ‘Race To The Top’ 2019/2020 Awards.

Healthy World Lifestyle Sdn Bhd, popularly known for its brand name “Ogawa”, is The Retailer of the Year 2019.
The awards presentation was held during MRA 37th Anniversary Dinner, themed Wild West Retailers’ Night, on 22 November at One World Hotel, Petaling Jaya.
