– Provide user support, managing enhancement, debugging, codes clean up and resolving technical & software problems that are arise on existing Java-based applications.
– Ability to perform all phases of the development lifecycle independently and individually. Such as system study, analysing, designing, coding, testing and deployment applications to production server independently.
– Analysing user requirements in form of application design, prepare workflow flowcharts and presentation to relevant party independently.
– Produce technical/system documentations of changes, upgrades, fixes and enhancement supported applications and implementation procedures in accordance with established standards and practices.
– Conduct user training and developing documentations to assist end users.
