We are seeking two candidates who will be responsible for the achievement of Sales Objective/Target for their region, perform account management services that maximises sales/growth opportunities, support the implementation and execution of retail branding initiatives and lead the team of retail floor associates based at all the consignment counters in their region.
- To monitor retails counters and ensure that sales performance target is achieved. • To device sales strategies to improve volume.
- To recruit, train and supervise a team of quality promoters for counters.
- To plan effectively the display and stock distribution.
- Responsible for monitoring tactical budget for counter in house promotion.
- To monitor counter stock losses and liaise with store’s management to resolve problem.
- To carry out variance analysis to safeguard the interest of the Company.
- To build good rapport with departmental store personnel and to liaise with them on counter image, display fixtures, inventory and promotional activities.
