Job Descriptions

Perform project scoping, feasibility study, requirement gathering, planning system analyst & design.

Manage project timelines to ensure efficient and timely delivery of IT project.

Manage current systems & applications performance within SLA between IT & users. To identify, escalate & mitigate risk & issues, including providing the recommendation for the course of action.

Prepare technical & business documentation, and to ensure all project documents are properly managed.

Responsible to provide support and conduct basic training on SAP, ESE, Retail Pro, Xilnex system and application.

Responsible to develop, maintain, update training material, process flow, and department documents.

Responsible to communicate regularly with internal users to improve their IT knowledge and utilize existing IT technology to ensure system and data integrity and efficiency. Responsible to provide day to day support to internal users.

Responsible for warehouse sales POS system setup, upload item listing, data backup, reports and download sales data. Support external fair POS system – ensure a sufficient number of POS support fair.

Design and generate SAP, Retail Pro and ESE system management reports. Perform testing, evaluation of new system or function, feedback to vendor and management. To perform system study, preparation, UAT, user training, deployment for all new systems and new functions.

To ensure maximum efficiency of systems by identifying potential problems and recommending appropriate retail solutions. Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the management.



Minimum Diploma/Degree in Computer Science or its equivalent.

Minimum 6 years of MIS experience with 2 years of supervisory experience.

Preferably from the Retail industry background. Hands-on experience with SAP and SQL will be an added advantage.

Strong goals setting and task prioritization abilities.

Analytical, strong communication & interpersonal skill, excellent planning skills, strong leadership traits.

Must be able to work collaboratively with diverse individuals & group.

Strong command of English (written & oral) and preferably able to converse in Mandarin & Bahasa Malaysia.
